/Great place to spend a week close to home! Hiking , Fishing and just plain relaxing!
Pretty small lake but still beautiful. Saw a bald eagle while visiting. I do love that their is a restaurant with views of the water. Does seem like a relaxing spot to spend the day.
Bring more water and ice than you will think you need. It gets HOT here in the summer!
They have fishing , kayaking , paddle-boats, picnic areas , camping and hiking areas. Take a hike around Fletcher Island in the middle of the lake .

Gorgeous to run around
6 dollars for parking , 45 dollars for boat rental . They will nickel and dime you like crazy. Big rip off. Only good thing is the restaurant . They are independent of the rest.

Great place for picnics, quiet time, or party time! Ball fields, tennis & basketball courts. Frosty Burger is right across the street, and the deli in front of it makes great pizza & sandwiches! - Susan Neumayer

Came back for the boysenberry crumb pie w vanilla ice cream😛 although he wanted a little more ice cream.. my son loved it!!! (1st time tasting it) ordered rootbeer float on the side👍👍👍 - JC
