The pool was nice, its heated so even when its cold outside you can always go for a swim.
Spa is quite nice, but locker rooms lack certain toiletries (deodorant, for example) that are typically provided by other upscale hotel spas.
Treadmill running is a great alternative
Enjoy a cup of herbal tea in the relaxation room after a massage. Bliss!!
I did not like the relaxation room it was too small and not comfortable
