Do not forget to keep close the inner doors of the lift. Even you leave the lift... :)
We were billed twice for our hotel room; they did not respond to my emails. I enlisted our travel agent for help to no avail, and finally disputed the charge with my credit card. 3 months to resolve.
This hotel is not good enough to be billed twice for!!!
