Avoid the slow elevators as there is always a large group of people that are desperate to barge in. Standard layout for a shop, Waitrose is hidden at the back. There are some good flower stands though

Get in a lift going up even if you as going down. You never know if there is a coach party of rugby players on the floor above ready to fill the lift.
It is quite a low profile mall with a low range of shops. However, there is a nice Lakeland shame is closing at 5.30pm

The 'Apple Store' here isn't official it's a 'Premium Reseller' so don't go in looking for a Genius Bar . It's just not the same in there!
Want a designer bargain, but not willing to pay for pricy tag. T.K Maxx is the only way to go.

It's not bad for a smaller version of M&S. You can get your essentials and they have a good selection and variety for lunch time meals. Self service tills here as well as helpful staff. - Chris Haines

A huge supermarket store Sainsburys, you can find anything you'd like in here! Easily do shopping for the weel, there's a lot to offer as it's huge. Great meal deals on sandwiches, helpful staff. - Chris Haines
