I've personally had fast service at this location. But, ordering ahead is pointless if it's not ready when I get here. Today I "walked" my pre-order through the line with everyone else. GRRR.

Once again, waiting in line way longer at this Chipotle than the one that has lines twice as long in Orland Park @ US45 & 153rd

Carnitas is back on the menu, but the serving size is now portioned out with a salsa/guac cup. Definitely not as much as you used to get.

Download the app or order online to avoid long lines . Just go to the register and they'll have your order ready or make it right away

Ordering ahead doesn't help. They consistently run out of items, and have Poor service. The employees are slow and focus on personal conversations. I'd rather drive to the one in mokena.

Avoid long lines of you order food online :-)

Stingiest one ever!

The wait is always terrible and ordering ahead does no good bc it's never ready, even if you give them an extra 20min. My burrito was comped bc of my disappointment.

Prepare to wait n wait.

This chipotle is terrible. Thee service is extremely slow compare to the other ones. No sense of urgency with the staff and be prepared to wait

Even if you order online it's not usually ready... Pretty slow service :(

Ridiculously slow and crowded . I'd rather travel to Tinley or Orland .

Unnecessarily slow. Slowest in the nation.
