Used the fitness room this morning before breakfast . The room was pretty awesome for a hotel . Two treadmills , skeptical machine, cycle, free weights, and medicine balls.

Don't get a room on the fourth floor if you aren't a smoker....they are half smoking up there. It's horrible, the while hotel smells smokey. The gym here is nice though!

Busy lunchtime-but near Des Moines airport. The sandwiches are all good. Midwest types will love the pork tenderloin. Soups and specials are well done. - g oconnor
