Room is a bit dated. Other than that everything else is great. Lots of winter activities at the activity center. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Go in winter, snow is very nice and soft.

I am on the 18th Floor, the view from my room is so stunning. Bed and pillow are very comfort. Of course, it is not cheap for ski resort with the fluffiest snow (Powder Snow ) in the world.

Wonderful views even on an overcast day. Hotel offers good amenities , in the summer it is very quiet and a little out of the way.

The hotel provides 24 hours ONSEN both indoor and outdoor. Be sure to bring your own towels. Regular size and the small one.

The hotel has 3 views . Rooms in the middle have mountain view . On the right side you will get ski cable view .

Natural Onsen Hot Springs indoor and outdoor 24 hours . No wifi in the rooms but you can walk around the hotel in your kimono robe :)

No free WiFi . Decent rooms, kinda pricy . Be prepared to drop a lot of money on snow activities.

It's more isolated than many of the other hotels-if you have kids, recommend you stock up of food and drinks before getting here-not much available in house other than the expensive restaurants .

Wished they have wi Fi in the rooms, unfortunately we have to come down to lobby or restaurants to surf .

Make sure to check out the newly built (in 2014) Village shopping and dining area right next to the hotel . Good view at night but the food needs major upgrade.

To be honest I'm quite disappointed with this Hilton . For the price paid the rooms are not as I expected, neither the Onsen .
