Very nice hotel with super service minded staff ! Love the pool area , the rooms are very nice and clean and the breakfast has everything except freshly pressed juice .

Great deal. Get the park plaza room (7th floor ) for free buffet breakfast , canepe hour from 5.30-7.30 pm & 2 pieces of free laundry + NY Times daily! Clean and nice overall. Great location too.

loved the room. pretty large room. although can tell the hotel is starting to worn out but the hotel management do the best to maintain the room standard, quality and cleanliness.

The higher the better. No view besides nearby building so curtains closed. Overall nice hotel .

Excellent deluxe room

I often stay in this hotel and definitely recommend it. There's not much difference in the deluxe rooms and executive rooms other than the latter face the street. Not worth the money to upgrade.

Wi-Fi log-in problems? Use "itna" as the username and password.

The cheaper Superior rooms (odd #) have much better views than more expensive Deluxe rooms (even #). The space difference isn't big enough to warrant going Deluxe.

Very nice rooms but lacking the basics: poor shower drainage, hot water takes forever to start, poor wifi with high latency.

Overall nice hotel , but quite a bit of noise from the road . Stayed due to good Club Carlson promotion.

Good 4 star hotel , spacious rooms , nice touches. BUT: don't eat here. Thai food was bland, nothing special. You'll find much better street food , which is 10 times cheaper. Pad Thai was worst ever.
