Service is not upto the mark! They welcome you with smile but once you are at the table, they will attend you after 10 min with menu. Good ambience but very low light esp in Rajbhog section!

Andhra meals plus Guntur chicken dry.

Amongst the better Andhra meals I had in B'lore. Yeah, terrible inattentive service.. Plus in the section upstairs, the service is dead slow. Expect 60 mins as mins waiting time

Poor service, poor lighting, bad food, low hygiene.. What more. This place can be the yardstick for bad hotels .
