Better than expected. Large resort , but still has a great beach and activities like ping pong and pool. Was nice to pair with a stay at a small boutique resort , but wouldn't spend entire trip here.

Definitely get a butler when you come here. We didn't and lost out on room service and even a beach chair. Great food and service but you definitely get a lesser experience without it.

Joe Knows is the way to go! Joe know snorkeling , volcano , mud baths , waterfalls , and lunch . If you're lucky you might be able to jump from cliff! Side note: we didn't enjoy Armando's to much though.

Beautiful resort ! It's Heaven on earth ! 7 restaurants ! Many bars ! A lot of things to do ! Entertainment all night ! Live bands ! You Have to Go there !!

Do the Son of Man boat trip, 5 couple per trip not 12 like joe knows... They take you to their family home for lunch ! Well worth it.

Joe knows tour was the best time ever! Mud bath is a must!

Nice, upwardly sprawling resort ... but if you want beach , stay at the Grand. .. there is no swimming in the ocean here.

Karaoke on Friday night is GREAT.

In addition on the sales pitch, they said shuttles between the resorts run every 15 mins which is a lie. It runs every 2 hrs and also are not convenient. Complained to the staff , no one really cares.

Not sure what we got for the premium price. They decide to clean out the septic tank which stinks up the place. On the phone they promised room service which is a lie, premium bar which is a lie.

Unimpressed with Sandals so far. I've had better experiences at lesser priced all inclusive resorts in Mexico and DR. Mediocre service, mediocre food, mediocre facility - waste of money, little value.

Don't pay to eat at gordons at grande la toc is just as good or better at regency.

Tv in our living room didn't work, curtains in the bedroom wouldn't go up. Water stagnates in the shower . Shuttle service takes over 15 mins to come - unreliable.

Awful "resort " feel completely ripped off from the ants and cockroaches in the room to the horrible food- cats everywhere, I could go on.. Stay somewhere else!
