The gym is older cardio equipment is older so are the weights but it's less crowded then Glendora and Arcadia it gets the job done when you need a quick Hard-workout
For best results, take Roya's workout classes ! She is a really good trainer !
smaller and older gym compared to the Arcadia location, no swimming pool but easy parking , less crowded .
