Really nice staff . The level upgrade totally recommended (James is the best!). I didn't particularly like Acqua and O'Grill, but all the other restaurants are good (Juan, Nikei's chef is amazing!).

Had an amazing time! The food is great and the people are very friendly . Keep in mind, when your there, your on Bahama time, so here's a tip.... be patient and get used to it.

There's an awesome food truck at the end of the road (turn left from Melia) that Bernard and his wife run w delicious Bahamian food. $8 or $10 a box: curry chicken , pork chop , snapper ,w rice and beans

awesome choice for me and my wife. buffet wasnt that great. AQUA WAS WAY BETTER. no reservations needed. remember ppl run on island time . some servers were great some were not so great

Rooms are of good size and finishes. A good place to stay for a day or two if you need some quiet beach time away from the Atlantis scene. Pet friendly hotel : Fido can run along the beach with you :)

When you check in, ask for Charlene. She is the best and will take good care of you. For lunch , get the $7 tuna and egg sandwich from The Carib Grill and enjoy it on the beach . Drinks are pricey .

We are here during the off-season apparently. It's very quiet & clean and the staff has been excellent. Not all the restaurants are open all the time but we've managed okay there.

Good hotel , good location, excellent for family, not much action. Clean , nice to have Starbucks inside the hotel . Would come back. Wifi only at the lobby

It's 8PM and the new lobby is gorgeous. The new renovations makes it a place to come if you want to lounge .

Awesome beach , lots of day activities, good ambiance at night and many restaurants . Book The Level rooms for extra privileges. Overall a good stay.

Everything is expensive and service isn't great but overall clean , good views , and a great beach . Unfortunately no real night life at the hotel but bus/taxi are convenient to get into town .

The 10 bus that stops in front of the hotel will take you to Fish Fry , downtown Nassau for $1.25. Stops running around 7pm

Be prepared to spend some cash.... No wifi in rooms sucks but nice place beautiful ... Relax and have a great time....miss ya Angela

The resort is nice, but a little to laid back . I think they are under renovations, so I'd try it again in a few years.

Laid back . Quality hotel . Decent restaurants . Beware there are a lot of things that aren't included in the All-Inclusive package.

Food ia expensive but good except for the grill outside dont eat there its gross. The italian restaurant downstairs is delish! Overall lovely hotel !

I had a great time playing beach volleyball but other then that....hmmmm....the rooms were too expensive .

When you check in they tell you the room rate but do not mention the additional $75 you will be paying on top of that. Why not just add it to the room charge they quote? This is how they lure you in.

Staff is not as attentive as you would expect at a nice resort . Gratuity is added to every bill and drinks are expensive . Only here for one night thank goodness

Golf doesn't work, pool is under construction and everything is falling apart . I wonder what Sheraton is doing..

Aqua is overrated, the food at the buffet was just as good without the long wait .

They dont have mojitos at the pool!!?? Italian restaurant downstairs is terrible and service overall is bad. But pools and rooms are nice good beach too.

Resort fee is a bit expensive per day and this doesn't even cover all the services or gratuities

Remember gratuities are mandatory and *already* included in your bill, even of the services (bellman, maid) is not used. Save some money, don't tip extra unless you receive extraordinary service.

This place is a dump ! Middle of renos and owner transfer. Literally smells like garbage and mold.

Expensive, not well maintained, bad service and not so clean .

Crappy service, all inclusive is just beginning

The best thing about this place was leaving and going to Atlantis . It's seriously a cluster fuck - on island time , nonetheless. Get ready for frustration.
