Absolutely delicious food! The dinner menu can be a bit pricey , but the lunch menu is one of the best values in Chatham. And this restaurant is open year-round! (Tip: locals love to eat at the bar !)

I worked here a few summers in my early 20s. The food is top-notch. At lunch get the Nantucket Scallop Sandwich and at dinner the bouillabaisse or any other seafood dish .

We've had lobster rolls in Maine. We've had lobster rolls in Rhode Island . We've had lobster rolls all over Massachusetts, but we compare all of them agains the Impudent Oyster. Try it, trust us.

Post it up at the bar for great service and strong drinks . Lobster roll is filling and fresh. It's more of a rainy day kind of place- dark inside.

Everything on the menu so far has been outstanding. Don't let anyone confuse things by calling it the impotent oyster ; everything about this restaurant is virile, in the best sense!

Must try lunch spot off the main strip. Clam chowder is incredible. Oh, and their pints are 20 oz imperial pints !

Sitting here at the bar after an unbelievable meal! The owner Peter of 40 years is still an active figure in his pride and joy. My tip is call and make a reservation way ahead of time!!

A local favorite, most definitely! Get the seasonal salad and a cup of clam chowder . But honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything.

Even if they have no ressies you can show up and get a table. Highly recommend the seafood primavera and seafood raimundo. Also great priced super Tuscans .

Try the mussels .....they make my favorite lobster roll .  (Moules Na Cataplana, to be exact for the mussels .) 

Devils on horseback . O m g!! The cod with crab and bree was amazing. And the creme brûlée wow!

Dinner starts at 5pm but get to the bar @ 4:30pm. Get a good seat, have a drink, and contemplate your dinner choices

Awesome bar , get there at 4:00. Usually not crowded !

Best restaurant in Chatham! A bit pricey but portions are large and mouth watering. Order any oyster dish, they are very tender :)

Amazing dinner , oysters portofino & clams casino , sole & crab Francis & the burger rocked!!! Coconut key lime cheesecake was to die for!!

Truffled french fries , you must upgrade your meal with those! A glass of the Prosecco is phenomenal with the veggie burger or anything really!!!

Wow, holy crap. Again, another place you pay for what you get. But fresh fresh fresh seafood . And the pumpkin cheesecake is to die for!

Perfect place for lunch . The California turkey club is sooo good!! The lobster salad is delish!
