Sushi rolls : try Derby is good!
@ Ginza they have great miso soup & amazing fried rice . The hibachi show was top notch.
East west roll was good but the fantasy roll with tuna was maybe better.
Ginza has the best sushi rolls around. Some of my favorites: Dancing Girl, Tiger Eye, Crunch Munch, Darby. enjoy!
