The park looks nice and features a nice panoramic view of the city/stadium. Parking available around it. Do NOT go if you are not prepared for lots of stairs.
There's a shortcut & then there's the part where u can ascend using the stairs. 🚘 can head up, with parking spots Beautiful views but certain parts are not well maintained and strewn with trash

Cea mai frumoasă panoramă a orașului Cluj-Napoca este de pe Dealul Cetățuia, aflat la 60 m înălțime. Pe vremuri, pe deal exista o fortăreață austriacă, datând de la mijlocul secolului al 18-lea.
