Gave me a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa . I was traveling with my husband and his best friend. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. My husband’s best friend slept on the sofa . I was not happy.
Non-smoking rooms are placed adjacent to smoking room. Top floor was hazy from all the smoke ????
Taking a shower (RM 153) it went bitter cold... Horrible!
