This has got to be the best hotel I'm Canberra. Unique and interesting property with spacious well appointed rooms and fantastic, very friendly service .

Stayed in the heritage suite in a deluxe King room. Very clean and we'll presented room, furniture was new I believe as it has the new wooden furniture smell. Service here is top.

The Tea Lounge for an Afternoon Tea Buffet is popular for catch ups with friends

The French doors are a nice touch to get in some fresh air in the room.

Ask to stay in the original part of the hotel . More charm than the 1980s extension.

Not comparable to a proper Hyatt because of Australian service attitudes. Unfortunate as it's one of Canberra's only historic buildings and has great potential as a property .

Vintage property , brilliant service and conveniently located. Worth every cent spent... Gold Passport ? Check 

Dinner buffet at the Promenade restaurant was very good.

Try in room dining Butterchicken masala .. it's awesome.

258 and 259 are accessible rooms. They put me in here and were more than happy to move me to a better room

People watching TV shows on iPad at full volume in the lobby lounge . Second time I've seen this. No action by staff or management.

The all you can eat lunch buffet is awesome! The oysters are really fresh!
