By far my favorite gym ! Live DJ , great instructors , and tons of energy. Before you know it an hour has passed and you've burned a ton of calories!
Everything about this place is great. The space, the music , the instructors - even the TEA is amazing. The only thing that's missing is a shower .
Sky's class is great! You don't have to take yourself seriously but you burn a good 600 cals!
