This is hands-down the best ticket on I 5 between LA and bay area. Clean family atmosphere and great food. A lot of cool stuff in the gift shop as well .
Best place to stop when driving on the 5. Clean , rustic , three restaurants , gift shop w/ bakery . A real slice of Americana. A little pricey but haven't you earned it? You've been driving all day!
Nice place, if you can get past the smells of nature. Good food, not a bad value. A very nice pit stop alternative to fast food along the 5. Conveniently located about midway between LA and SF.
Be prepared to very high quality meats at what locals say is the Tulum of Central California. Hands down the best dinner option between SF and LA.
If you're looking to save money, order the open face prime rib sandwich . Also don't forgot to check out their oatmeal raisin cookies .
Didn't actually get a chance to eat here, 'cuz wife & kid were asleep in the car and got cranky when I tried to wake them. But--used the bathroom . Very comfortable & clean & relaxing. Will repeat.
Highly recommend the HR cab for wine to accompany the amazing wedge salad w a baseball cut sirloin on the side. A falvor celebration
Drool!! The prime rib and mashed potatoes were amazing!
All the beef and I love the Prime Burger .
Boyfriend likes meat. I like boyfriend. Happiness ensued. Win! Side note: we were the only couple without a Porsche or a Tesla to eat here that day.
Everything is so fresh! I'd forgotten what fresh orange juice tasted like! Cream of mushroom soup was yumm & so glad we got homemade pistachio ice cream although we were full!
Go across the street to she'll where you'll find the Harris ranch BBQ express. Bummed we didn't see it!
The beef is phenomenal, the service is top notch, bathrooms are clean . The pistachio ice cream was the best.
The Reuben sandwich and boysenberry pie from the bakery (yes you have to buy the whole pie , it's worth it)!
Great food and service, try the Harris Ranch wine brand . It's very good!
We landed here with our airplane. Their ribeye steak is great. But their tab water taste algea. Over all we love flying in here. Service is pleasant...
Huevos Rancheros are super. I like breakfast here best. Very good destination to break up a trip to LA otherwise its fastfood all the way.
Probably the best steak I've tried so far - you will probably have to wait around 10 minutes to be seated but it's totally worth
Best steaks . Try the pumpkin soup too. On the road to Los Angeles
Excellent meat. Best steak in California. Just watch out for the house wine . Not good.
Great place to refresh and refuel. Beef meals are the best yet I never had a bad meal in over 15 years...really.
Portions are huge. As another person mentioned, I was also bummed that I didn’t see the express across the street. Portion and price would probably have been better.
Loving the pomegranate green tea . Pair it with the peach bbq coulotte steak sandwich !
Great butternut and almond milk soup made from local squash and their "ranchmade" almond milk .
A rare Filet and house salad . All the veggies home grown. Service was terrific.
The huevos rancheros are absolutely 2 thumbs up .... excellent
Everything is meat-themed. French dip sandwich was beef-overload and decent. This is your best option albeit $$ for dining on I-5.
Really good prime rib but the servings are huge!!
Best steak I had in California. The meat was top quality just like the service. Excellent.
We gad the Ranch burgers . At $15.95 for a cheeseburger seems a bit much for a place that makes the ground beef om site.
Discovered Talus wines here. Also love the Rocky Mountain Oysters and the free wifi . Plus, it looks adorable when the Inn is all dolled up for Christmas . Also crowded , but the food is worth the wait.
If you don't have kids it's best to be seated at the dining hall where the bar is. You're all adults there! No crying and all that kid stuff...done with that!
Best bang for your $ for awesome Prime Rib : get the Prime Rib caesar salad ...8 oz. PR w/ salad on the side.
Great place to stop on the way home. Be prepared for a wait if it's a holiday weekend or peek time.
Make sure to stop by the store for great snacks , food and unique gifts . I always found something special here.
You have to try the mountain oysters.
BLBT Panini to go. Fantastic. Wedge fries are also surprisingly tasty. Coffee drinks also good. To go counter is t cashier all the way to the right.
The ranch beef jerky in the butcher 's shop is a huge undiscovered gem
More of a tourist attraction than a place for amazing steak . Ordered ribeye . Unfortunately, it was chewy & had to discard every other bite. Not what one would expect @ $60. Great stop for EV charging
Filet or prime rib with a glass of house red wine ...and the eclairs are great!
Prime rib , clam chowder , mushroom soup and their bread is good.
This place is amazing!!! I recommend the filet mignon . Delicious!!!
Steaks are just outstanding. Wine is very good aswell. Better if you come by plane ! Great airfield !
Get the 30 oz. Prime Rib . You deserve it. Trust me. :)
Best vegetables ever. Don't get an appetizer , dinners are plentiful. Great wait staff - Joaquin is the best!
The pie roast in the restaurant is best in the valley
Split your main with your dining companion. Don't worry, you'll still be full.
Famous beef . Don't miss the chicken fried steak & watermelon lemondae!
Had tri-tip sandwich ; a tasty slab of meat on an utterly disappointing white hot dog bun . Trimmings matter. Joint is pricey , maybe to be expected for a steak house on the 5.
Excellent steak beers breakfast
Pleasant smelling bathrooms and world class beef jerky make this a must stop place for any LA-SF route! - Omar K
The bakery items are to die for. The decor changes almost monthly so always something new to look at and purchase - Colleen Rucker
The bar is a great place to get a (non alcoholic if you're driving) drink and hang while you charge for 30 min. - Raj Shah
Wifi real weak but free. Complimentary hot breakfast 5-10am (scramble eggs, crispy bacon, hard boil eggs, self make waffle station, various cereal, packaged danish) - Tim Huynh
It is owned by Harris ranch all their beef products are sold in the small markets. Also they owned a hotel and restaurant a mile away from the slaughter house. - Robert Ebias
