Generally old but still comfy . There a few newer chalets right on beach . Wifi only in rstrnt/lobby area, poor signal. Service still good. Breakfast is so-so. Daily 7-8am yoga w/lovely seaview ????????.

Paya beach resort is awesome place !! The staff is all very friendly ,there is good dive shop , nice rooms,beautiful sea which can see coral from the jetty , food is nice !! And there is bar too !

Friendly staff . Wifi is not free and only strong at reception area. Great weather and sea view . Seafood there is a must try!

Beautiful place but ready to pay more even though u taken a room package..bad service, hv food but u hv to pay for the cold drink, when lunch its get more interesting no water to drink.

Highly recommend Funny-san at diving centre!

Sucky place. Wi-Fi was down. Expensive and bare bones accommodation. Flies everywhere. Been to many better Malaysian resorts at half the price. This place is a tourist trap.

Get some beers and enjoy the beach side fun... :-)
