The Thai/hand-rolled ice cream is a tad pricy at ~$9 for a college town , but I'm just thankful for the option. Just don't be expecting soft serve .
They serve hand-rolled ice-cream which is eccentric and delicious! But it seems the staff needs a bit more training on how to "own" the place and know about the food that are served there 🙈
Pricey , but amazing ice cream and desserts . Super rich.
Get the chipotle chicken bacon ranch panini! It is savory and filling. If you like chai lattes, go here. I’ve tried chais at most cafes in State College, and Sowers is still my favorite. - Hong-En Chen
