Staff is rude. Pool was broke so wanted to switch hotels . We were told okay but we could no longer get clean towels or anything else. Umm... Yeah bad service.
Not very good. The rooms are a nice setup but there is a possibility of getting to your room and someone already being in it. Not good service or employees.
They only clean the rooms every 3 days. No dumpster to throw away trash until then.
We were at quality inn for hockey tournament. We enjoyed our stay , good breakfast, nice clean heated pool,i am fitness person, surprisingly fitness center was much much better than mid scale hotels, - Lil Krasney
