Very nice and helpful staff ! Bike was great and trip to Sausalito/Tiburon was worth it! They'll show a video with route and the dist. to those places. Getting the bike on/off the ferry was a breeze.

You'll love the biking experience, but think twice about the ferry ride back. The reserve system turns into first come, first serve, and the process of getting your bikes off is extremely cumbersome.

Rude employees and beware if you take ferry back from Sausalito on peak days. Your ticket is first come first serve and you could end up waiting in line for couple hours to get ferry home.

Terrible bike riding experience w/ Blazing Saddles. Old bikes that will break and you will experience one of the worst customer services of your life that will make your dream day at SF a nightmare.

No need to rush on back if your travels prove too tempting. Blazing Saddles offers 24-hour drop-off at their Hyde Street location.

Never use the ferry tickets they give you. Just buy them in the ferry . Example: Sausalito to SF only costs $8.25 in the ferry but the ticket Blazing Saddles give you will cost you $10.

Check prices on ferry , might be cheaper than their prices. Also check what they charge at the end - they might "overlook" something. "Deluxe bike " is their way "old". Mine hasen't seen oil lately.

Terrible bikes , terrible people attending if you ask for a different bike they complaint. Their bikes are just terrible better go to san Francisco bycicle rentals they give you specialized bikes

"pay for what you use" starts the second you sign your card auth. get on your bike asap, or you'll be charged for non-biking time, and won't know any better. mgr natalie terse/condescending. beware.

Preise sind verhandelbar. Auch mal bei Groupon schauen - gleicher Preis ohne Kauf dort. Man sollte in SF auf jeden Fall ein e-Bike nehmen. Dann über die Brücke in Nachbarstadt.

En tu primera vez en San Francisco tienes que rentar una bici y recorrer todo el circuito desde los piers hasta Sausalito por el Golden Gate , si no nunca viniste a San Francisco.

Bikes ok! Aluguei na Jefferson e fiquei assustado pelo horário que o Ferry chegou na Baia e perto do Market Place . Se acontecer com vc, vá até a Hyde pedalando e devolva (é rápido).

O ticket do Ferry é cobrado a parte na devolução da bike . Se vc tiver Clipper. Use-o e devolva o ticket.
