This place gets better all the time. Has a real authenticity to it and the rooms are great. Like many mid range British hotels it lacks a little finesse, but the staff are fantastic.

Stunning hotel . Rooms are spacious , big bathroom , comfortable beds . Staff are friendly . Room service was quick and delicious. Great location and plenty of parking . AtlasAdventured recommends!

Hazel is the best shewill take great care of you! Get a garden room w/a patio . It’s so charming and private. Service is A+We had 0 issues with wifi . There’s plenty of great tours they can book & cabs

Free wifi ? You mean the poor connection that is free only in the lobby (& NO where else) Even if you get a code you have to re-login when your device shuts down. Sheesh! (I've logged in 18xs tonight)

Really enjoyed my stop over. Fab room and food, lovely, helpful service . What more can you ask for? (Loved the welcome plate...)

Lift has been broken for 3 days now. Staff just shrug when you ask. Avoid eating in the bar area unless you plan on a very long wait for the staff to drag themselves away from the TV to serve you

Their fish was full of bones. Neither my husband or I could finish our dinner . Elevator broken. Had to do steps entire visit.

They now have FREE wifi ! Woohoo!
