Eat anything! We were searching for the best Bun Bo Hue according to Anthony Bourdain (Parts Unknown). We did find her and the Bun Bo Hue was great - but I had a better one in Hue.

Crazy hot bustling place. Make sure you haggle. Local produce is cheapest. Meat and fish for the strong stomachs. Eat inside during the day. Cheapest food ever!

Good to know simple phrases. Had an amazing time just learning about people's lives because they thought I could speak fluently with them.

Must bargain if you're a tourist . Try not to speak mandarin here or else your price will be tripled.
