Love Betsy's and have over-indulged in my regularity here. So regular,invented my own crepe--the Sweet Gabby--Brie cheese , strawberries and honey . A yum crepe that has brought me coming back for more.

Had the LaNova with 2 eggs , smoked salmon , capers , spinach , and chive/sour cream. Delicious. Worth the short wait for a table as the place is always packed.

Great selection of food. My breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back when we visit again from Texas.

Betsy makes really tasty crêpes ! Very busy so you may have to wait a few minutes for a table, but not too long and it's worth it! Prices are just a bit steep but not outrageous.

The Pedro Crepe is delicious! Also they have great sugar free vanilla iced lattes .

Great family place in the center of Southern Pines. Ordered the New Yorker (salmon , capers , onions , tomato and sour cream ), which was fantastic. For dessert , I recommend the Marie Antoinette.
