Some of the best food on the coast I've had. Proximity to the beach gave me doubts originally. When you have a view you don't typically need to put in much effort. Thankfully they do.

The food is delicious, a real treat - much better than we expected for Cannon Beach! The steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Great service too!

Everything we had was great. Dungeness crab benny, Dungeness Crab sandwich , tacos and steak . I think the sandwich was the best deal-loaded with crab !!

Locally foraged mushrooms and fresh locally sourced fish make for an amazing meal! Try the Ravioli : it's truly fantastic. Truly.

The French Onion soup - exceptional. I expect it to taste like liquid steak - this surpassed it - tasted like liquid beef bourguignon ! It is very hot - waiter calls it 20 min soup - just to cool off!

Views to the beach ... food is ok! To start we asked for crab cakes . As main Salmon and Fillet with fries .

The view of Haystack Rock is the best of any restaurant in town . The food is delicious, and the interior is recently and tastefully remodeled.

Extensively remodeled in 2010 - beautiful, but I can't help missing the open, bright feeling of the old look. Still, amazing service and location as always!

Yummy clam chowder ! Crab Mac and cheese was a small portion, but very rich an decadent. Yum.

Chef John Newman of Newmans at 988 in Cannon Beach says, "A table right on the beach and a whole cracked crab...life doesn't get any better."

After eating at this restaurant two days I had severe pain in the stomach. Today I feel better.

Showed up at 7:55, were rudely told they closed at 8 and they wouldn’t seat us. Don’t bother.

Save your money. The food was not that great and the server disappeared.

Totally agree with Stace, avoid this place. Terrible service & over-priced food (even with the view ). If you must go, sit on the patio and have the clam chowder , it's the only thing worth ordering.
