After first visit I can say it is the best spa salon in Aktau, but they need more space. I recommend Viktoriya as hair stylist .

I was recommended to do a haircut here at spa salon. Master's name is Vika. First impressions - friendly reception staff , fancy interior... This is it so far

They haven’t bell-boy, they do not clean rooms with quality, they lie, pool is dirty , outside pool don’t work

Часть персонала заботлива, прям как дома, но многие пофигисты. Качество и сервис на 3 звезды , этот отель уже не стоит своих 5 звёзд
