Wifi dropped every thirty seconds regardless of device tried. Rooms pretty rough. Towels stained with black & lipstick. Needs considerable reno. Check-in staff needs to work on social skills.
An old man at the reception desk was very rude and it's completely out of Kingston, but it's a comfortable place to stay. Room was clean .
Great room and good service
Nice hotel. Pool and hot tub only open from 5pm-9pm though and the gym lacks free weights or any modern equipment. Felt like I was working out in the 70s lol. - Janelle Comtois
