Nice store, but not sure about Apple's service model. They force you to go to the store for everything and can't help half of the time. The waits are ridiculous, even with an appointment.

The personal checkout using the iPhone & iOS Apple Store app is phenomenal. Scan anything in the store & pay using your iTunes account, holy crap guys, it's officially the future.
Walk-ins welcome? No. If you're buying something a "genius" will be happy to help you. Otherwise, don't show up without making an appointment online first.
They offer classes for using your phone. I'm an iPhone newbie. Michael was really helpful.
This new location is FANTASTIC!!! Service was fast and right on the money!
The Genius Bar had 1 person. It was an hour before closing & they wouldn't help. Who else is coming? in DC where the stores are packed always, I still receive service, this was unacceptable.

Don't expect to use apple checkout while in store. Wait another 30-45 minutes while standing in store. Nothing express about it.
They're good at technical problems regarding products, but no help for apps. Lame.
