Nice place to stay with family. Large spa with outside pool and pool bars . Recommend to take Double delux room if traveling with family. There is enough space for extra beds, living space with coach

It's disaster.dirty,very dirty little rooms like a box. No ceiling in bathroom(just smt like fleece on lattice. Door to next room near the bed. Someone offen tried to enter it. No air.I am shoked.

Was there a couple days ago,really nice place,big swimming pool ,the saunas are great,high level service,awesome suits,rooms.Feeling like home;)

It might be just me, but staff , all of them are really nice. Some are Cute too if you like to look around so to say. Good R&R

Great spa , amazing restaurant and very cool dessert with exploding candy suprise inside that.

Didn't have time to try the spa , but the hotel was modern looking, clean and nice. Much better than expected.

Spa is messy! For an hour and a half, there where no cleaning . Empty cups where lying everythere. Then waitress finaly started pick up used cups, she threw water from half full cups to the pool...

There us an outdoor hot pool , enjoy it on freezing cold winter!

There is not even kettle in the rooms, you can rent. The most tasteless breakfast I ever had and dinner in their restaurant was the most expensive dinner I had in 2 years at Tallinn for no good meal.

Standard room claims the spa price is included but you need to pay for your room slippers (2.90€ per person). Rooms have weird outdated decorations and they need renovation.Bathroom sink was clogged.

And this is something like ceiling....

Try cranberry dessert at the restaurant . And blueberry non- alcohol cocktail at spa bar .

Great swimmingpools . The saunas are even better!

Be ready for: awful room cleaning , paying for slippers , bad breakfast , broken door key cards, view - no comments. The hotel does not worth its money!

Went in to get warm...but it's cold in there, both water and air!! Disappointing :S

Don't eat at the hotel . It's a very nice SPA Hotel but the food and breakfast is not worth eating. Christmas dinner was a joke! But The drinks in the SPA was good.

Don't forget to bring your towel not to pay for that.

Try Nautimus at Herasalongid and you will get back peeling&massage plus foot and face treatments all together. Good service !

Don't try to get breakfast at 9 o'clock. Go there early or 1/2 h later.

Awful place. Too much people, noise etc. Breakfast sucks. Crew sucks. Decoration sucks. No, no and no. Our hotel room window was washed maybe in 2006 (or never).

Rude staff . Upgrade with points is a joke. The spa area is ok but the pools are filled with drunken people. Not for families.

Зимой чудесно остановится- зона спа в холод великолепна! Бассейн на свежем воздухе в мороз прекрасен. Ну и до порта рядом- тем кому паром ;))

Крайне много людей в спа-зоне,спокойно можно поплавать только в бассейне,который выходит на улицу,так как вода в нем холодная. В целом, чистенько и спокойно. Завтраки неплохие, большой выбор.

Отличный отель , можно брать доп спальное место это дешевле, так что спрашивайте на ресепшен . Только им лениво смотреть свободные номера , говорят что нет, а на самом деле есть!

Открытый бассейн в такой сезон стоит того, чтобы этот спа-центр был посещен. Море эмоций.

Для тех,кто любит бани и сауны .А ещё есть маленький бассейн на улице:)

Сделал чекин и сделали скидку в баре на сэндвич и чай :) А сэндвичи кстати очень вкусные.

В общем, красиво и уютно , но были косяки при заседании и оплатой парковки - не те номера . В СПА ледяная вода , на завтрак сложно разместиться. В остальном - довольно мило.

Хороший отель , только душ прикручен к стене и мыться ужасно не удобно...

Номера не самые чистые, есть пыль. Вода плохо уходит. Не новье. После претензий на "вахте" дали номер категорией лучше, но разницы особо нет. Сервис не их конек . Спа сверху выглядит хорошо, проверим

Номера продаются со SPA, а по факту SPA не работает. Куча семей которые приехали на отдых , но персонал не пытается решить проблему, все валит на Booking.com. Отстой! И скотство!
