Pleasant. Breakfast is ok. Pillows and beds are good. If you are going to carowinds it's a short walk. And you can watch fireworks from the hotel window or parking lot every night.
This place has been renovated in the past two years. The rooms are modern and clean . Only compliant is that the cleaning crew didn't notice that a previous customer left a box of doughnuts in the room

Wifi is not in some rooms... Staff doesn't handle tech support.. That becomes the job of the guest.
Disappointing. Here on business and it has been unpleasant for the three of us here. Recommend staying on arrowood if possible.

I am in love with the Intimidator...so smooth for those that are apprehensive. It is really high...but a great ride. The power hour is cool too They get you off an on the ride so quickly! - Beverly Mitzel
