Your pull forward method seriously lacks in customer service. It's all about moving the line and less about the customer you leave parked for eternity...and then get the order incorrect.

This used to be a good McDonalds with friendly employees before they remodeled. Very new crew now. Check your order before you leave!

Don't do the drive up unless you have LOTS of time...INCREDIBLY slow.
If they ask you to pull forward for your food, don't. It'll take them 30 min to bring out your food. And it will be cold.
Service isn't as bad as people say unless you are making a late night run. The night crew sucks horribly and rude. Morning crew rocks and very polite.

Worst breakfast ever! Room temperature orange juice , cold hash brown , and burnt bagel . And best? I waited 8 minutes for that at 5:00 AM. Very disappointing.
The late night crew is horrible. Always a long line . The staff is also extremely rude as well late at night. Very unprofessional.
