Either wait to be seated upstairs or but from the boulangerie downstairs and take it up. Baguettes are great (sandwiches too) but croissants aren't yet Parisian status
very we'll ran French bistro . volume is comparable to those in France
I would concur and say that croissants are average. They are way too puffy and flaky that they loose the crumb texture.

VIRON渋谷店の2Fに有ります。男女比2:8位か。昼は待つので出来れば13:30以降に訪れるのが良いと思います。待ってる間に1Fで買い物も可能です。料理と一緒に出てくるバゲットの量が意外と多くと男性でもガッツリ食えて満足できます。カードは3000円以上の支払いから。
ここは別格、このみももちろん有ります。焼きに小麦 の配合、小麦 はフランス小麦 、カリッと中はもっ ちり、クロワッサン も。中身がギュッとフランスクロワッサン
バゲットを主体として、小麦 の旨さを噛みしめるパン が多い。日本のメーカー もいい加減もちもちふわふわ志向を考え直して欲しい
