The usual expensive and not fantastically prepared coffee but the young guy in there could do latte art . Leaps and bounds better than Costa on the lower floor
A communal piano is currently near the escalator so drinking overlooking the balcony could result in a free concert with great acoustics
One of the best coffee shop in Cambridge, I always have meeting in this one all time
Alas it's often very crowded at the weekends, which, combined with surprisingly slow service makes it best avoided. During the week it's far better.
Extremely slow service - collapses at the hint of a queue. Quick, go to Costa .
Watch your footing- Starbucks by the Market Square always slippy!
No longer need a Starbucks card to surf the Internet. BTOpen Zone and The Cloud available with good speed.
Coffee , crowds.
Get Starbucks card and use their internet, it's really fast! :)
Summer Saturday afternoons = No Ice
Usually less crowded than the one on Market St., and more likely to serve in mugs.
The tables overlooking the ground floor / John Lewis are lovely for fans of people-watching.
Incredibly slow service. They don’t seem to care about cleaning tables or removing used cups, plates and other junk from them.
REALLY slow service
Always a great selection of brands and ???????? service - Edward Tinsley
Great service and nice friendly staff. Eager to find an optimal solution for your needs. - Konstantin Kalugin
The grilled vegetable with spinach and cheese foccacia is also awesome :) best nosh ever . - Jason Storey
Caffè Nero coffee & carrot cake.... always good with not even a hint of carrots - John Evans
Best for a take-away: hard to get a seat as there's lots of non-customers filling them up. - Gordon Brown
Lovely looking arcade, fits in week in Cambridge. Good range of shops. - Elinor Sullivan
Amazing place to be on a rainy morning. Fantastic baked goods and arts. - John Buck
