Very cheap rates for overnite php800-900. This is good for back packers or to stay during the annual flower festival . They also have free breakfast , wifi , hot and cold, and cable tv . Super accessible.

Rooms are good enough for sleeping. They have big windows. You need to request a room facing SM for a nice view . Free breakfast is just okay to start the day. Fast wifi connection & good service . ☺????

My friends and I got a family room for Php5000 only for 3 days and 2 nights. Way cheaper compare to other inns near Session Road . I must say 'you get more than what you paid for'.
