The service at this location has been noticeably improved lately. They have had some serious issues in the past. Maybe a different mgr now

There's a greater chance of screwing up your order during lunch time. A few times a side was missing and twice I received the wrong order. All during lunch times

This is the first time in a long time that I experienced great customer service. The General Manager waited on us and our food came out quick, hot and timely.

I like Popeyes . This location however seems to be out of items each time. The staff needs to quite bickering and listen to the customers!

Just ordered a 5 piece spicy strips combo. Why did I only get three then?

This place is ALWAYS so slow! The workers are more concerned with screaming at each other. In addition, they are always out of something that you want. Poor management is what I blame it on.

Love Popeye 's! Don't come here near closing time unless you're flexible. They run out of things...be it biscuits or mild chicken .

The food is not bad. The service on the other hand... People constantly yelling across the room instead of walking over to the other person. Condiments are missing every time. Bad management. Sad
