The corner rooms are well worth the small extra fee: massive window as well as 2smaller ones that open for a cross breeze. Check in time is 3. Some English spoken. Great value
If you are a light sleeper avoid the 5th and 11th floors as they have microwaves and laundry machines on these floors. Corner rooms have side windows that open for crossbreeze

I got the premium katsudon with the Demi glacé sauce. The place has a 3.5 on tabelog but was pretty mediocre. I personally think a more traditional katsudon is better - Krishna Sivaranjan
