Got scared when I saw the line .. But the staff was excellent and moved the line thru very quickly. I was in and out in under 20mins that's with a line of over 15 people in front of me.

Find a new internet/cable provider. It is unfathomable how poorly Comcast treats people.

Prepare yourself for a DMV-like experience.

You get decent service when there's no crowd and you're decent to them.

You will learn patience here

Don't expect decent customer service. You are just a number with this company, and they don't care about you until you cause a fuss online. Even then, they'll just reply to you on twitter.
