Gurkha Palace Restaurant is a indian restaurant Little India Singapore located in Singapore.
51 Chander Road 219538 Singapore
Probably the best Dal Makhani (black lentils and red beans soup ) I’ve tried so far. Prices are very reasonable and relatively cheap .
Order their Butter Chicken with Naan . Unlike other Indian stalls, this cozy restaurant serves really nice butter chicken . Nearest MRT is Little India Exit E. Visiting during lunch time is okay.
Livelier (and noisier) now, I think because they got a liquor license. For a cheap and good meal, try their set meals that come with rice , naan , meat, dhal and vege (~$7).
The Gurkhali lamb is the house specialty . Very tender and delicious.
Weekday lunch deals
Had chicken momos and Mutton fried rice . They were OK

Gastronomically pleasurable. Very afordable and great service :)
Being a regular dine-In customer then.. The food taste has dropped tremendously! Luckily the butter chicken was a redemption ! Phew!
Piro khasi used to be the most popular lamb dish back then...and worth ordering... These days, I regret ordering it. Taste standard has definitely dropped :(
Some of the best Indian food I've ever had.
Try their khurkura makhani @ butter chicken ! It's orgasmic!!
It is Nepalese restaurant . Not Middle Eastern.
Great north indian food -without any curry patta!! After ordering the ala-carte few times in the past, tried the buffet ($19.90) today. Good spread and friendly waiting staff -both being rare in SG :) - Crosser
Been coming here for years and always ordered the chicken masala, nasi briyani (best i've ever had), papadums, & mango lassi. Kinda expensive but worth it. Dont forget to order extra papadums! :-) - Katya S
Oh my gosh! You can get lost in this multi level department store. It sells everything you will need in Singapore! A bit manic at the weekends but its open 24hours! - Annie Hibberd
