It is one of the oldest and landmark restaurant in kozhikkode .It serves best Malabar dishes .Biryani served is one of the top class in kozhikkode
Must try the biriyani . Try the evening snacks , the snacks usually get over soon, so be there by around 4:00 pm.
Try kadukka nirachath , bonda, mutton , chicken and fish biriyani . A lot of snacks for tea . Also dragon chicken , chicken99, chicken kondattam are good.
For authentic snacks of Calicut go there at about 4pm and enjoy. Loved the mutton biriyani too ..
They were once famed for their Chicken Biriyani but that seems to have been lost. Paragon has the better biriyani !
