Nice place to crash for a night... Great service at the reception! Quite questionable designer solutions at their bathrooms . Too bad if you are foreigner, who doesn't speak or read Bulgarian
Nice location, convenient parking , smiling staff , awesome view , comfortable bed , cozy room , sound in the bathroom !
Friendly staff ; generally nice place. Weird elevator(s), and the rooms could use some improvement in terms of ventilation but otherwise cozy . Free wifi , parking and a pretty decent breakfast to boot.
Our group was based here for meetings. Friendly and clean . Not efficient.

Rooms are ok; airconditioning could be better.

best hotel in BG so far. very friendly staff, no problems, or quick response for fixing them (wifi usually). also no problems with parked car at the entrance (10 times) - kenny mrtvy
