Recently waterstones took over the toilet in the back, no need for PIN. However they do not stock the toilet roll regularly, and I was left with none on one occasion and Waterstones says cafe owns it!
Beautiful bookstore in the city center , on the second floor there is a nice cafeteria .

Ground Espresso Bars upstairs serve amazing coffee :)
I wouldn't recommend using waterstones because of this and their customer service concerning this issue was disgusting! They never did restock the toilet and never apologised for the trouble!
