Nice place to be with friends while eating and chitchatting with them. I recommend their chopsuey which really tastes good and their 80php worth of Clubhouse Sandwich . :)
Roofdeck would be awesome at night. Overlooking view of the city boulevard kinda perfect too. Such a great time to chill with friends or special someone.
Service is understandably slow if you are at the topmost deck because the servers have to go up and down to get your orders. Be patient :)
