This time of year the 3rd floor study carrels are a great place to study with a friend or two, there's always spots available!

For improved ergonomics while studying , you can raise the dell monitors by pressing a button on the back, pushing the screen down, and then pulling up.

Note: the Library Cafe is NOT open on weekends, neither is Mac-Correy caf, so get your coffee on the way to Stauf! (Unless its exam time, the cafe has longer hours then.) Just learned this lesson....

The library cafe is open for extended hours during the exam period. Grab a London Fog to stay awake for long study periods!

Try to arrive at the 20 or 50 min after the hour, it's when most students are leaving to catch their next class . Steal their spots!

If it's busy, check out the basement (bottom floor). Usually a few spare spots!

You can borrow energy meters at the circulation desk, but only for 24 hours . I suppose it's better than 1 hour. Then you'd really appreciate what a kWh is.

Grab one of the cushioned office chairs to keep your back and your bottom happy on extended study trips!

Watch for rain falling on the first floor beneath the skylights!
