The management has changed recently and the quality of the staff had gone down considerably. Used to be one of my favorite Starbucks, and now I'll avoid it.

Not the best Starbucks I have seen. Poor service when they are not busy. Employees talking about medical issues of other employees to customers. No ash trays for the tables out front. Overall: poor.
