Try one of the many local 'Indian' restaurants - well priced/tasty. I went to the Taste of India and enjoyed it. The Veg Meal was delicious at less than £7, plus ice-cream desert truly awesome!
I've been here only for the reason that it was the place where in the early 80s started the worlwide success of the NWOBHM band Iron Maiden. For a true metal fan, this is a legend.
A newly rebuilt hotel , so (still) clean & tidy. Not many car-parking spaces. Breakfast basic, e.g. sachet coffee . Attached pub had no draught bitter two nights on the trot.

Terrible. Incredibly unsafe place to stay especially if you're a woman. Not worth the cheapness . Nothing locks correctly and pub patrons are aggressive and scary. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The urinals are ridiculously high.
Le pub est sympa si on préfère la musique à la conversation. Côté confort c ’est moyen, mais le personnel est agréable et disponible. Le quartier est très intéressant.
Rooms are small but comfy and cozy, with wi-fi, adjustable heaters, and a good choice of TV channels. There are a few minor complaints (eg - no toothpaste provided) but for the price it's excellent. - Nick Butler
