It's actually pretty peaceful in the early morning which makes it a great breakfast spot . Staffs are friendly and polite.

The only mcdonalds does not provide Coke light...milk shake always out of order..fried chicken is always salty...and thy oni give u 2creamer for coffee or tea ..sad case for tawau mcdonalds pls improve

Service for drive thru is very slow & the staff gave the wrong food. But because it is still new & the first one in town , I can understand. Hopefully there is a progress in efficiency after this.

Their choco top make make me disappointed all the time! Today's coke like plain water.

Management should find the way how to reduce the trafic jam at drive thru n counter....1 of d crowded place in tawau...

Meal before 9pm is cheaper at night? I didn't know that before.

Slow service if you’re eating in but the drive-thru service is pretty efficient. But hey, it’s the only McD in town . Can you actually complain?
