Come at 8 in the morning and enjoy a wonderful quiet boat ride of 2 or 3 hours. Definitely worth the money. After 9am it all gets touristy and noisy. - Klaas Kelchtermans

This temple is surrounded by lotus ponds that are in bloom (at least) in July. Well worth it. Can be done on your own, no need for a guide. - Gregory Fisher
