If you need to do license, ID, registration, or title work you should go to window 2 on the left side. IFTA and IRP should go to the right side. IFTA and IRP can't do agency work so don't waste time!

I don't know what you are talking about. The huge lot across the street from the building is all free public parking

Line moved pretty well . There’s a nice big parking lot right across the street. Leave yourself plenty of time to get there for appointments though. You still have to stand in line .
